Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mua Wellness. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays.

During product launches, preorder periods, holidays, promotional events, or high-volume sales periods, processing times may be longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order, shipping address, shipping method, and carrier availability.

From time to time, Mua Wellness may offer free shipping promotions. Any free shipping offer may be subject to minimum purchase amounts, location restrictions, or other promotional terms.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping method, carrier delays, weather, holidays, natural disasters, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Mua Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control once an order has been transferred to the carrier.

Preorders

If your order includes preorder products, your order may not ship until the preorder item is ready.

Estimated preorder shipping dates are estimates only and may change due to production timelines, packaging, ingredient sourcing, quality control, fulfillment delays, or carrier delays.

If your preorder includes both preorder and in-stock items, we may ship the entire order together unless otherwise stated at checkout or in the product description.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Mua Wellness is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at marketing@muawellness.com. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been placed or processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Mua Wellness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after the carrier marks the package as delivered.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, your building office, mailroom, or local carrier first.

You may also need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing items, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at marketing@muawellness.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging, if applicable

Once we review the issue, we’ll work to make it right through a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Supplement Product Packaging

Mua Wellness supplement products may be packaged in sealed pouches, bags, stick packs, or other tear-to-open packaging.

If your supplement product arrives with torn, punctured, opened, leaking, or visibly tampered-with packaging, please do not consume the product. Contact us immediately at marketing@muawellness.com with your order number and photos so we can review the issue.

International Shipping

At this time, Mua Wellness may only ship to select locations. Available shipping options will be shown at checkout.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Mua Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or import restrictions.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to pick up the package, we will contact you when possible.

Additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

If the order is eligible for a refund, original shipping costs may not be refundable.
