We do not warrant that the appearance, taste, flavor, texture, color, packaging, or quality of any product purchased by you will meet your personal expectations or be identical to how it is depicted or rendered in our online store.

Because individual health, hydration, diet, exercise, medication use, and tolerance levels vary, results and experiences may vary from person to person. Mua Wellness does not guarantee any particular result from using our products.
SECTION 5 — ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Mua Wellness reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Mua Wellness confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including product selection, flavor, quantity, shipping address, billing information, and contact information. Mua Wellness may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests after an order is accepted or fulfilled.

SECTION 6 — PREORDERS
From time to time, Mua Wellness may offer products for preorder. By placing a preorder, you are purchasing a product before it is available to ship.
Estimated shipping dates are estimates only and are subject to change due to production timelines, ingredient sourcing, packaging, quality control, fulfillment, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
If there is a material delay or change to your preorder, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.
Preorder purchases may be canceled before the order has shipped, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Once a preorder has shipped, it will follow our standard Refund Policy [LINK].
If your preorder includes supplement products, those products must remain unopened, unused, untorn, sealed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return, unless the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a verified quality issue.
SECTION 7 — SUBSCRIPTIONS
If Mua Wellness offers subscription products, you may have the option to purchase products on a recurring basis. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method at the recurring interval, amount, and terms displayed at checkout.
Subscription pricing, discounts, products, flavors, shipping fees, and billing intervals may be subject to change. If required by applicable law, we will provide notice of material changes before they take effect.
You are responsible for managing your subscription, including updating your payment information, shipping address, product selections, and cancellation preferences before your next billing date.
Subscription orders that have already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation and will be subject to our Refund Policy [LINK].

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, duties, import charges, or other fees.

SECTION 9 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, natural disasters, labor issues, inventory delays, production delays, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or events outside our control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Mua Wellness is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Once we transfer products to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing items, or incorrect, please contact us at marketing@muawellness.com as soon as possible and include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box when applicable.
SECTION 10 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy [LINK].
Because Mua Wellness supplement products are consumable products, opened, torn, punctured, tampered-with, partially consumed, or used supplement products are not eligible for standard return.
Supplement products must be unopened, unused, untorn, sealed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return, unless the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a verified quality issue.
Because our supplement packaging is designed to be torn open before use, once a pouch, stick pack, or other supplement package has been torn or opened, it is considered opened and cannot be returned for resale.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not comply with our Refund Policy.
SECTION 11 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, videos, audio, product names, flavor names, packaging designs, icons, logos, website designs, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Mua Wellness, its affiliates, partners, or licensors and are protected by U.S. and foreign copyright, trademark, patent, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. Shopify’s name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

You may be provided with access to customer tools, third-party apps, payment tools, subscription portals, review tools, loyalty tools, affiliate tools, or other features offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor control.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Mua Wellness is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Mua Wellness.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Mua Wellness, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.
You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Mua Wellness.

- To upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

- Not circumvent or avoid any measure intended to block, limit, modify, or control whether and how Agents access, use, or interact with the Services.
SECTION 20 — AFFILIATES, REFERRALS, AND PROMOTIONS
Mua Wellness may offer affiliate, referral, ambassador, loyalty, rewards, discount, or promotional programs from time to time.
Participation in any such program may be subject to additional terms, eligibility requirements, and approval by Mua Wellness. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any program, reward, commission, store credit, discount, code, or benefit at any time.
You may not misuse affiliate links, referral codes, discount codes, loyalty points, store credit, or promotional offers. Prohibited activity includes self-referrals, fake accounts, misleading claims, spam, unauthorized paid advertising, coupon abuse, fraudulent orders, or any activity that we determine violates the intent of the program.
Commissions, rewards, store credits, discounts, or benefits may be withheld, reversed, or canceled if we determine that they were earned through fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms, violation of program rules, returned orders, canceled orders, chargebacks, or other improper activity.

We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services, or any part thereof, in our sole discretion at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
The following sections will continue to apply following any termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver, Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY PRODUCT WILL ACHIEVE A PARTICULAR HEALTH, HYDRATION, FITNESS, WELLNESS, PERFORMANCE, OR LIFESTYLE RESULT.
SOME JURISDICTIONS LIMIT OR DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED OR OTHER WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
SECTION 23 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL MUA WELLNESS, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, OR THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, PERSONAL INJURY, ADVERSE REACTION, PRODUCT MISUSE, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED THROUGH THE SERVICES.
THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, CLAIMS RELATED TO PRODUCT USE, MISUSE, ALLERGIC REACTIONS, SENSITIVITIES, FAILURE TO FOLLOW LABEL INSTRUCTIONS, RELIANCE ON INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES, ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN CONTENT, OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE INCURRED AS A RESULT OF USING THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
SECTION 24 — INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mua Wellness, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, demands, judgments, settlements, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, payable to any third party due to or arising out of:
